Meet our Senior Leaders

Dominic Ponniah
Married with three children and two dogs, Dominic lives in central London.
Since graduating from the London School of Economics, Dominic has set up and run several successful businesses. He has featured on several international television and radio programmes, including Sky, CNN and the BBC’s Dragons’ Den.
As well as being a school governor for 8 years, he stood as a parliamentary candidate in the 2005 general election (but lost!) and today sits on the government’s business advisory panel.
Dominic has grown the company from 1 employee to around 700 staff today, with a market position of being one of the top 40 cleaning companies in the UK, in an industry with over 40,000 competitors.
Today his focus is on building on that enviable track record to strengthen the company’s market position further whilst ensuring existing clients continue to receive the dedicated and personal attention they have always enjoyed with Cleanology.
When not working, Dominic enjoys political debates, walking the dogs and spending time with family and friends.
“I love my job. Every day and every hour is different.”
