Market leaders for environmental sustainability

We are passionate about embedding sustainability within all of our projects, and have been at the forefront of chemical-free, green cleaning solutions for two decades. From being early proponents of themicro-fibre cloth, to introducing chemical-free bio-enzyme cleaning products, from banning aerosols & bleach to being the first to introduce a fully electric van fleet in London, Cleanology has a longstanding, multi-award-winning approach to sustainability.

Cleanology has invested in a fully electric van fleet at its London headquarters in Vauxhall, London. This saves 5,000 litres of diesel per year, equivalent to 13.5 tonnes of CO2. There is no road tax or London congestion charge, saving £8,500 per vehicle, with a £51,000-a year cost reduction overall.

Reducing fleet emissions is integral to our overall business carbon reduction plan, as we work towards achieving Net Zero by 2035. This on going transition is a key element of our strategy to lower our carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Chemical-free cleaning & green solutions

Using our own unique cleaning products, we have reduced our chemical usage by 99.4% and save over 26,000 plastic bottles a year.

Our ever-expanding vehicle fleet operates on electric and hybrid energy, although we prefer to use public transport wherever possible.

We have banned the use of aerosols and use HEPA filters in machinery to reduce harmful particle emissions. We have also reduced our clients’ consumption of energy and water by using modern and more efficient technology.

We have a zero-to-landfill policy, sending all non-recyclable waste to generate electricity. We also offer a free environmental audit to all our clients to support, assist and advise in setting up and developing their own recycling systems.
