Championing progress
We are at the forefront of innovation and will strive to offer new technology to our customers which will increase efficiency and enhance the service offering. This will include industry leading time and attendance software, quality auditing, specialist equipment and sensor technologies.
An example of this is our innovative software solutions. The system was designed in-house to allow us to meet the individual data-capturing and reporting needs of our customers. This ensures that our customers will receive a bespoke service.
Customers will receive access to a bespoke client portal, allowing them to view the results of quality audits and customer evaluation reports. The portal will also allow customers to measure our progress against an agreed set of KPI’s.
We have invested in industry leading software solutions. One of the many functions of this system is an app-based facial recognition and geolocation time & attendance system. The system utilizes sensor technology, providing you with complete confidence in the cleaning hours worked. The system also provides protection for lone and night workers, flags attendance issues in real time, and eliminates fraudulent activity.

Advanced technology also means greener technology
We use modern, efficient technology to reduce our clients’ consumption of energy and water. To reduce water whilst delivering cleaning activities within the contract, we track the water expended in cleaning each area of the site. This allows us to provide our clients with a comprehensive report of the water used throughout the delivery of the contract. We use this report to identify any areas in which water can be reduced and present our clients with alternative products and methods to reduce their water consumption.
Demonstrating our ongoing commitment to innovation, we recently created a new role at board level, promoting Juliet Widdicombe to the role of Associate Director. Juliet will spearhead our strategic innovations, which will encompass the continued development of our in-house system Cleancopter and introduction of new technologies, equipment, and products. The role will also have responsibility for developing and widening our supply-partner service offerings.
