Right for the People & the Community
Cleanology's annually updated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy ensures our operations maintain the highest ethical, human rights, and environmental standards for the benefit of all stakeholders, employees, and suppliers.
We actively generate tangible social value through targeted local and national initiatives:
Tackling Hygiene Poverty: As a highly coveted Gold Partnership status holder alongside household brands like Boots and Unilever, we have raised £117,000 to date for The Hygiene Bank to support the 4.2 million people in the UK facing hygiene poverty.
Employee Volunteering: To encourage direct community engagement, every Cleanology staff member is entitled to a fully paid volunteer day each year to support a charity of their personal choice.
Offender Rehabilitation: Demonstrating our commitment to social inclusion, our CEO and HR Director actively participate in the Trailblazer charity programme, providing direct mentoring and support to prison offenders to aid their rehabilitation.

Right for Our Team & Our Planet
Cleanology combines strong social equity with rigorous environmental action. As an MSDUK-certified, ethnic minority-owned business, we are dedicated to uplifting local communities while actively minimising our environmental footprint across all operations.
Empowering Our Team & Communities: We create localised employment opportunities by running targeted regional recruitment campaigns and offering referral incentives to our staff. This strategy directly boosts the local economy and reduces employee travel times to minimise commute emissions.
Fairness & Inclusion: We actively champion diversity and equity with proven success, ensuring all team members are supported and paid the Real Living Wage while regularly partaking in impactful volunteering and charity initiatives.
Carbon Offsetting & Social Forestry: We are fully committed to achieving Carbon Neutral certification. Partnering with Carma, we offset our emissions through Gold Standard projects that conserve biodiversity.
Supporting Our Veterans: Our UK tree-planting initiative stands out by employing ex-war veterans, many of whom live with PTSD. This impactful program drives carbon sequestration and habitat enhancement while providing veterans with critical support to reintegrate into the workforce.
