We understand that our clients cleaning requirements can vary throughout the year, and Cleanology are committed to meeting delivering an excellent service to our clients at all points throughout the contract.
We ensure that we are delivering a high quality service through regular Quality Audits and Customer Evaluation Reports. This also allows us to measure our performance so that we may continually improve. The Quality Audit is a measure of our cleaning performance, can be tailored to an individual site’s cleaning specification and is recorded as a percentage score. The Customer Evaluation Report is an overall measure of performance including criteria such as responsiveness, staff appearance and invoice accuracy and is scored out of 10. Quality audit scores under 90% and CER scores below 9 are flagged for further investigation and resolutions/support and options are discussed at the weekly Operations Team meeting and monthly Senior Management Team meetings.
Experienced mobilisations
We have extensive experience in mobilising contracts of all sizes, across many different sectors. Over this time, we have learnt that communication is key to a successful mobilisation process. As a result, we will provide our customers with a single point of contact for management of the mobilisation, who will maintain regular communication through scheduled daily or weekly calls as required. We value customer satisfaction above all else, and through our monthly reviews we can adapt our support as needed.
