For our clients' convenience, we provide a key holding service exclusively for our contract cleaning clients only.

You have the peace-of-mind that your chosen cleaning provider also holds the keys to your building and are only a telephone call away.

As with our competitors, we provide a fast response time 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Our service guarantee is that we are on site within 1 hour, or we make no charge.

Our normal response time is 10 to 20 minutes.

COST

We have a simple charging structure as follows:

£79 1st hour of labour, thereafter

£29 per half-hour of labour or part thereof

There is NO additional call-out charge.
